Achieva™Quik-Knot™ Exercise Handle & Anchor Clip- Designed for secure, efficient attachment and rapid length adjustment of resistance tubing for rehabilitation, home exercise, and fitness training.

• How it Works: The Quik-Knot™ operates through a self-locking dial that opens and closes to secure the tubing. Tubing installation is performed by pressing the locking lever, rotating the dial counter-clockwise to open the channel, placing the tubing so that at least 2 in (5 cm) extends through the handle side, and then rotating the dial clockwise until fully closed.
• Quik-Knot™ Exercise Handles are available in singles or pairs.
• The Quik-Knot™ Anchor Clip (sold separately) provides a stable anchor point for wall systems and uses the same Quik-Knot™ locking method as the handle. It includes a Quik-Loop™ Strap, which connects to a wide range of anchor points.
• Compatible with Norco® LEVELS tubing (2-6) and Rainbow® tubing (3-5). Note that resistance tubing less than .31 inches (8 mm) in diameter will not properly secure in the Quik-Knot™.
