Application/Instructions:

1. Unscrew lid counter-clockwise.
2. Fill ice bag 2/3 full with cold water, ice cubes or crushed ice.
3. Twist cap securely on bag.
4. Insert ice bag into the circular opening at the center of the wrap.
5. Place ice bag on affected area.
6. Adjust straps to desired fit.
7. Finished using, empty contents of ice bag and leave top off to dry.

​Intended Use: Helps relieve pain and swelling.

Cleaning & Care: Hand wash cold with mild detergent, do not bleach, line dry, do not iron, do not dry clean., Line dry. Air dry. After use: Drain bag and air dry before replacing lid. Use only water or ice with this product.
