Easy-to-adjust screw provides fine tuning for static progressive PIP extension. Made of steel with a felt pad and a static progressive hook and loop strap. Helps to correct PIP finger flexion contractures. Can be used to create progressive/adjustable traction to reach final PIP joint extension. Turn the screw knob to adjust the pressure. To size, measure from the MP crease to the middle of the nail bed.
