These 3½″ diameter emerald-green balls are the ideal density and size for relaxation exercises of the neck, jaw, elbow, hips, feet and more. They feature a unique textured surface that activates the relaxation reflexes of the muscles.

Use as a massage tool for fascia release and to comfortably roll out tight trigger points, relieve tension and soothe sore muscles. Or use for proprioception training by gently tapping the body or rolling different areas of the body over the balls.
