Supinator™ PTT Stabilizer

The Supinator is a comfortable and relatively low-profle brace for the treatment of posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD). With its patent pending design, the Supinator reduces over-pronation by applying a supinating force. The arch strap works in concert with a repositionable arch pad to lift the medial arch and the heel strap restricts eversion of the calcaneus (heel). The arch pad may be removed if desired and to allow the Supinator to be worn with an orthotic. In addition, the Supinator features the Speed Lacer II closure system for ease of application and equal tension across all laces.

Contraindications include:

• lateral ankle sprain
• lateral ankle instability 

Indications include:

• posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD)
• acquired adult flatfoot deformity
• posterior tibial tendon insufficiency
